Google. When else have you heard of another company who does it all, and so well? There isn’t a day that goes by that someone on the internet posts some story about the company and I don’t get massively jealous of the people lucky enough to be making these waves (haha, I made a punny) for the company. In this instance, Google is playing fast and well in the smart (and dumb) power meter arena, something I am very very closely involved with at the moment in my own job. I’m just endlessly fascinated by all of the awesome that comes out of those buildings in Mountain View.
