So I was keeping up with people’s bid-ness on Facebook, and then I was struck by this one ad on the left side of the page. It was an American Apparel ad, and it was probably the least attractive model/styling/posturing I have ever seen make its way into a successful print ad.

I know American Apparel is way to cool for school (and probably me) but really? Short 80′s style swishy shorts? Lanky, super skinny and not-in-any-way manly man? With long dirty hair? And bad posture?

Huh?

Why would you want to buy their clothing, based on this ad?

…just goes to show that today’s fashion hotness is so hot, I can’t even process it!
