From sundrymourning.com (my first and most favoritest blog, found way back as a link through Diaryland), the end of the year questions. Maybe in 10 years, if I’m around and still writing, and the internet still exists (haha) this will be funny/nostalgic…

Britain’s Top Mentalist

27 12 2007

Derren Brown is this dude who is super famous in Britain for being a top hypnotist and what they call a “mentalist.” He plays with people’s heads, doing tricks on the street like David Blaine, but without cards, just talking, usually. I know, if they brought his show to the States, it would be on my top watch list…like the Dog Whisperer. I’m a sucker, and I don’t even mind!

Watch this clip, its a little more staged in that it takes place in some wooded set, but the woman seems real enough. Leave aside your true feelings and pretend this were real. Magic, eh?

Evil (Cute!) Baby

27 12 2007

This baby’s parents trained her to give the “Evil Look” on command. It’s the cutest thing, not the evil, but the obvious delight she gets from her parents laughing with her! The cutest…
